History of Aadhaar development in the country shows that we need to change our process of thinking and action. Presently in most cases, first decision is taken and then we start justifying the same rightly or wrongly by all means. Framing of law is not a simple process like a lecture at some public meeting. It is serious action subject to scrutiny of law courts right from lower courts to Apex court in the country having power to make the same unconstitutional and discard whereby whole process of writing law, approval of cabinet and then discussion by legislators to pass by both houses before signing by Head of Country i.e. President. This whole and long process is nullified by the court making waste of time and energy of country's elite. These factors must be kept in mind during the legislation process by executive and legislators besides their respect involved among the citizens.

Coming from a person who holds primarily responsibility for this colossal mess called AAdhar,Nandan Nilekani now tends to hide his face behind the Srikrishna report which was unecessary if this guy were to stick to his core competence which is running Infosys.Privacy aside, identity theft and other associated crimes are now looming large on the horizons.Mistakes do happen in life, but the bigger mistake is not realising that this gimmick called AAdhar was a mistake. The soon er it is scrapped, the lesser will be the loss.To all.

Sir, you appears to have studied the Aadhar and its possible threats in detail. May be it would be of help to other readers like me if you could share the possible misuses in a slightly more explanatory mail.
