In deed over-populated families breed more criminals !!
I have lot of friends among Mzlims. Children in smaller families are better educated, more cultured, and decently behaved. Children coming from over-populated Mzlims families tend to be quarrelsome and idiotic. And of course this rule applies to all irrespective of religion. May Mzlims breed a little more than others, but others are not far behind.
In general, Izlam develops wicked, violent, aggressive and treacherous mentality. But these traits are also influenced by other factors such education, financial status, kind of profession, ancestral background.
So 2-Child policy should be strictly enforced on everybody irrespective of religion.
