Cow lynchings
by daniel thorat on Aug 04, 2018 05:39 PM

Because of Modi`s allround failure on all fronts, both at home and abroad, he wants to remain PM by somehow or the other winning the 2019 elections, and for that he appears to be putting at state the entire nation`s peace, bhaichara, communal harmony, and wants to develop communal hatred on account of beef. The united Oppn.must therefore win the elections by putting in every possible effort, and after winning, it must undo all the harmful policies, decisions and actions done by Modi. Simultaneously, it must make a detailed list of all evils that have been done to India during past 4 years. Even during 2014 elections, only 31% of all voters voted for BJP, i.e. 69% voted against. That 69% comprises of more Hindu people than the total BJP supporters. Nation is more important than any propped up leader or doctrine.

That seems to be too generic. It is possible for all non-bovine human beings to openly oppose any cow lynchings totally.

Agriculture economy..
by Vasanth on Jul 27, 2018 08:31 AM  | Hide replies

These people hardly understand the agricultural economy, what do you expect the farmer to do with unproductive livestock.. Feed a cow is not an easy task economically that too when it is unproductive.. It is better that it is consumed rather than going to waste in a country that is already protein deficient...

Modi/BJP/RSS and Rwanda visit of Modi and 200 cows
by daniel thorat on Jul 26, 2018 04:38 PM

Rwanda is one of the African, beef eating countries. PM seems to have gifted these cows as a Hindutva promotion gimmick for home consumption. Our interests in both, Rwanda and Uganda never appeared in public domain or news. What is the objective of this visit, what gain, what possibilities? Both these countries suffered genocide, known throughout the world. Certain tribes were annihilated, Idi Amin was known to have done worse things. In his last year or so before elections, what gain is the PM looking for from these countries, in the wake of widening and nation sweeping violence against minorities and lynchings by cow vigilantes?

On the cattle situation
by Sudarshan Nityananda on Jul 26, 2018 02:21 PM  | Hide replies

A basic fact is that we have far too many cattle in the country. So, it's inevitable that smuggling will take place across the border. IT is an economic fact and no use running around trying to catch smugglers etc.In dairy industry in the West, all old cows are given away to the meat industry or to leather production. Looking after aged cattle is a burden on the farmer and they should be allowed to dispose as required.

Very good suggestion ! When Parents become old and inactive let them send to beggar's home to beg and maintain their livelihoods. Because they are now commercially useless.

True, direct, natural parents must be cared for and existing laws must be enforced fully. But, a mother, a parent, deserves even more respect. But a cow was never a mother of anyone except its calves, who grow into another cow or a field working ox (bail). Perhaps, govt. may reconsider modifying the Constitution article, so that it is not taken disadvantage of by States in making laws with a communal tilt and man slaughter is completely stopped and severely punished.

Nature has done a great mistake to create human being. All animals are beneficial to develop the nature by their natural act. But human being are the most harmful and destructive creatures to the nature.
Soon, alike Dinosaurs, which were the most destructive animal of Jurassic age as human being of present age, shall be eliminated from this Earth by nature's fury.
