Given the spate of Lynching taking place across the country mostly in BJP states SC has to pass orders for not just the states but even to the center to be fully involved in stopping them.The murderous attack on 80 yrs old Swamy Agnivesh in which Jharkhand Police itself have identified BYJP men involved it is evident there is a pattern and not some spontaneous violent reactions. In fact Swamy Agnivesh claims it was a BJP state sponsored attack and has demanded a judicial probe substantiating his claim. Given this background I think SC must take it more seriously and issue notice to not states but center too asking either HM or PM to be personally present in the next hearing for two reasons.One, the fact that in-spite of some advisory from center things have only deteriorating by the day.Second, HM ,Rajhnath Singh himself in a way draws parallel with sikh riots of eighties during the debate of No confidence motion in LS.It shows center's somewhat indifference to these serious incidents by making light of them which are increasing by the day.
