Vajpayee jee had a liking for Bengalis, their artistic style, their poems and literatures. Don't know what Mr. Chandan Mitra did for BJP that he was awarded the Rajya Sabha seat twice. He was given ticket to fight loksabha election, he failed miserably. Let us wait and watch where and what TMC does with him.

yes you are right even Mr. MODI during his MAN KI BAAT spoke many times about Bengal and its ravindra Sangit ....however common MAN is not supporting him ...as usually bangalies do get known as cynical...something is terribly WRONG as same BANGALIS working out side BANGAL perform and do get adjust so naturally ....but in BENGAL collectively appears as confused this is mail reason its not progressing to the extent it should.. .

Thank you Mr. Dhananjay, you have done some research on Bengalis in Bengal and Bengalis outside Bengal. What would you say about Maharashtrians, Malayalis, Biharis and for that matter, people from every province, by and large. There are fools, there are humbugs and there are sincere, hard working (though well educated)in every province - there are 'Murkh Kalidas' and shekh-chillies also in every province. Personal view also grow with practical experience/emotion. Atal Behari Vajpayee was the personal assistant of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee; and Shyama Prasad Mukherjee was seen as the highly qualified, the learned man with clear foresight. The image of every Bengali, initially brightened with the light of SP Mukkherjee that Vajpayee ji has seen.

It is his personal matter and democratic right to choose his political party . and for bjp it is nothing he is not the main person to make bjp powerful in WB .bjp has so strong and powerful organization to build up the political ground.
. After his recent TV aopearance on NDTV ... he had to go somewhere -- i suppose TMC is fine. Where else would he go? No one else would want the likes of him!
After all he, like many other Bongs we know, speak with the same number of marbles in their mouths.

Bongs by and large have very sharp tongue; marbles if you want to see, try the white New yorkers.
