LAW, BETTER NOT TO OVERSTEP AND PROJECT A LOW

Women have a constitutional right to enter Sabarimalai temple. And every man ,without exception whatsoever, has an institutional beast ever alert in him ready to prowl on the unsuspecting victim at the least opportunity .In the Nirbahy case it was said even a minor was involved. The sabarimalai forest -mountain range is inhospitable.Do we remember what happened in a Stadium in Kolkatta may be forty or thirty years back when lights went off or was deliberately switched off.Recall that next day news papers wrote that there were so brassieres lying scattered there.Prevention is better than cure.We are not able to prevent rapes etc in villages .The Sabarimalai temple administration has been telling this for centuries to ensure that no womanfolk is exposed to unwanted situations there and resent later. When a C.M of a state was attacked on the Ghat entry road of Thirumalai was attacked ,the reaction from the Public was "You do it in Thirumail ghat road "LAW PLEASE DO NOT OVER STEP YOUR LIMITS AND MAKE YOURSELF LOW

Supreme Court

When it comes to issues related to Hindu Community faiths and beliefs, our mighty supreme court is super brave to strike them down citing constitution, reason etc. As soon as it comes to issues regarding that great so called minority community, its gaaannd starts to go phat. Then it starts passing the buck to say The Govt or A Bench or even calls for mediation method or suggests settlement through mutual agreement or does a balancing act by appeasing both sides. Such is ou Great Supreme Court. Jai Ho.

Can a man touch a woman to prove that untouchability is not there
by R ponnabalam on Jul 18, 2018 10:11 PM

ban on the entry of women of certain age groups was violative of various fundamental rights including Article 17 which deals with untouchability..Yes Hindus don't want any man to touch even a single woman in Sabarimalai precincts. That untouchability is essential to keep that place without any unpalatable incidents.Does the constitution allow a man to touch a woman when she is alone so that untouchability is not there?R.PONNAMBALAM

Does'nt make sense

There are a few temples in Kerala where men are not allowed. What does the court have to say about that? Or is justice only for women? Seriously, I have no problem with a woman's only temple.

Validity of Constitution to be interpreted by a bunch of gentlemen, isolated from face of reality-hobnobbing with vote bank charlatans-needs to be revisited.
Constitution can not be imposed like colonial law. If all are equal then why different laws for artificial minorities?

The Muslim jurisprudence and practice clearly indicate that among Muslims men and women are not equal. The inequality is even quantified, the evidence given by a man is equal to that tendered by four women!

The Right of the Temple administraion to ensure safety of Pilgrims as it deems possible is absolute. That is a right overriding everything,In forest area like sabarimalai no one can guarantee safety and protection to women.People sitting in Delhi, the capital couldn't do it for ladies there..R.PONNAMBALAM

Does constitutionalal rights override Sharia for Islam. Why the constitutiuonal rights over ride Temple Authorities Power and Right to restrict people to the extent that they can provide safety and what Hindu Customes allow.R.Ponnambalam

On One side we we want law against lynching. On the otherside we say that ladies can be exposed to such unhospitable terrain in Sabarimali.Old ladies have been going to Sabarimalai for long.We would say constitutional right to visit Sabarimalai. What is right in this for ensuring everything right to sanctity of their well bveing in such places,Are all men angels. The supreme court has punished a judge. Our men are like that. The ladies are not allowed there so that not even a single incidence of misbehaing with ladies are there.R.POnnambalam
