un-united kichadi opposition

The ethic less, principle less opposition should form into a single party to take on BJP. Even then they will not succeed. The entire opposition is opportunistic. See sonia, d raja, yechuri, pawar, mamata, mayavathi, akilesh etc.etc. as hand in gloves on a single platform. The intention is very clear, Power hunger. They forgot all their 'ism' and joining for power. Then why they fight with each other in different states. try forming a single party rather than a 'kichadi'. Do not try to fool the citizens. They are much more intelligent than you politicians. Some can be cheated sometimes but all cannot be cheated always.

for national level vote means lokshava pole we should think about for only two national party. so opposition first make their new party and a election symbol other wise it is like horse trading and that can give a proper democrat system and free from family party.

Interesting report. Where both the Govt and the Opposition want a proper functioning of the House, Opposition is preparing for stalling it by a No-Confidence Motion. When it is possible to discuss in the normal course, why bring in a futile motion. You can think of it after 2019, Presently, it is only a waste of time in this short session.
Alternatively, seek extension of time of the session to debate it but let regular business go on.

@NG Nileshwar:

No-Confidence Motion doesn't stall the House.

What gave you the impression that it does ?

What makes you think that it is futile?

If its objective is to bring down this inept govt, yes, unfortunately that is unlikely to happen.

But if its objective is to place on official Parliamentary record the opposition's lack of confidence, and to MAKE 100% SURE that certain topics are taken up on PRIORITY, there is no alternative to NCM, and certainly no cost to it.

By your logic, any debate is a waste of time, so why debate. Just pass whatever bills any bills you want. By your logic, any election is a waste of time and money, so let's just have dictatorship.

The washout of the previous sessions was DOT DUE TO NCM.

It was simply because the govt wanted to avoid the embarassment of NCM, and hence engineered disruptions through its remote-controlled pupped party AIADMK, and the Speaker, working to shield the govt, allowed the disruptions to go on for weeks without suspending a single disrupting MP even for a single day.

And now, the very same Speaker, delivers holy lectures about ensuring House productivity to the Opposition parties COLLECTIVELY (instead of to AIADMK the disrupting party), and the Speaker does not make such an appeal at all to the govt and ruling party to ensure House productivity.

Does the Speaker think the people are fools ?

She is a disgrace to her position.
