One thing about propaganda machines working directly or otherwise is that they’ll never let the correct picture to emerge. Both Ind-Pak are projected as demons so their empire flourishes on both sides. I mean are there demons? What is a weak democratic institution?
Is the adversary trying to rob, not an extension of the same military outpost of the BriEmpire in GirgitKashmir? Has it not been business as usual with or without Independence in south Asia? Their original business from there was opium and conflict, what has changed?
So if independence is what is being robbed in form of democracy. and if independence is already in such short supply and if cronies are put in?
So there seems a challenge colonizers of southAsia are facing. And that is a choice for a different genral for Gilgit and Punjab or a single one.

PakPunjab always had the bargaining power (not that others could be ignored, but it seems a bare minimum show always) in all previous power arrangements. Because it was like, if there is democracy how can they be ignored? And when challenged they have taken to contest that challenge.

I admire Sharif's courage to go to Pakistan despite his full knowledge tht he would be arrested. Will Mallya and the Diamond Nirav Modi also show this courage instead of being cowards to flee the country?

Indian political leaders accused of high corruption involving millions of rupees are getting bail after bail for the mere asking, they roam about freely, destroying evidence despite court orders which say that they should not destroy evidence (what is the machinery to watch that this condition is fulfilled? Does the Court lay down the method?). Unless each of them is given a sentence of rigorous imprisonment, India will be a banana republic.
