too many complaints about ppl from north areas harassing girls,women.are these ppl mentally sick ?. right from an army man to a cab driver;everyone seems to be mentally sick.
too much pollution,garbage everywhere ,careless attitude,rapes ,loot,dadagiri.the north areas seems to be v unsafe.and with ever rising population of illiterate, illmannered-wild ppl these areas have become more unsafe
