Better read the judgement of Supreme court carefully till you fully understand it. Why Kejriwal is not moving to Apex court or file a contempt notice against Lt. Governor for not following the judgment of Apex court ? Rajnath Singh has absolutely nom power to say anything to Lt. Governor of Delhi.
