The bonds that compel the Modi govt to bend over so much backwards to oblige Indias biggest thief keep surfacing !

And as the general election draws nearer and nearer, the Modi led BJP, which spent more than the combined election budgets of the Republican and Democratic parties in the US presidential election for its 2014 LS election campaign, is compelled to make this reality more apparent !

There is no word yet on the quantum of *Special grant* that would go to these select institutes from the exchequer.

But the outrageous audacity of the Modi govt to give it to private institutes such as Manipal and BITS itself smacks of contempt for the commoners intelligence, leave alone its sheer cynicism in deciding to choose an yet to be set up institute of Ambani for such a favour !

HAHAHAH Institution of Eminenece
by deepak kumar on Jul 10, 2018 01:32 PM

I will salute the Ambanis. How effortlessly they make the political class lickthierASS.
longtime time back Reliance Power started trading at a premium ..even more than NTPC and Power Grid...that too when they were not producing even a single unit of power. I would not be surprised if Fenku and his team starts attending the Convocation of Jio Institute as chief Guests from next month onward.

Jio Eminance Institute
by VK Aggarwal on Jul 10, 2018 12:07 PM

This is a good process for help. The Institute can now get funds easily and get a good premium on admission which will create a excellent infrastructure for development. This model be replicated for other institutes under incubation and established ones with good record though failed in the eyes of present minister. He has failed to utilize the funds of Rs.7000 crore available without disclosing his plans for utilizing the same but saved, may be for emergency needs in election year. This amount could have been utilized for AIIMS and some IITs & IIITs which have to raise fee for meeting there requirements.

A big joke
by Jai Nambiar on Jul 10, 2018 11:15 AM

It takes decades(if not centuries) to build a university of eminence. So, a greenfield university of eminence itself is an anomaly. A non-existent greenfield university of eminence is then a big joke on the rest of the country.
