BRITISH RULE WAS THE GOLDEN ERA IN THE INDIAN HISTORY!
1. British, ending barbaric dominating rule of Mozlems (who killed 600 mil & raped 600 mil HHIndus over 1200 yrs), liberated HHindus from 1200-yr subjugation, gave HHindus religious freedom and prevented India from becoming BarbaricIslamicRepublicOfIndia (BARISRI). 2. British united 550 princely states fighting internecine wars, into a single entity. British ended the menace 1000s of murderous robbers (thugs) in north India. 3. British built excellent dams, bridges, railways, gave equitable Justice system, modern education system opening universities, etc which rapidly improved the living & intellectual standards of common people. British modern medical services reduced death rate and increased life-span. 4. English language helped India to become a global tech & educational power, in spite of some shortcomings. 5. British rule considerably weakened the barbaric caste-system, superstitions, ignorance, etc strongly rooted in Indian psyche, though remnants remain. 6. No doubt Hinduism is the most secular, literature-rich religion, but Indian culture develops idiotic mentality and Indians live in constant delusion—believing ancient Indian literature has all sci & tech; in 2000 BC, 90% were literate & rich; Indian economy 27% of world economy in 1700, etc. These are all lies invented by scoundrels to fool Indians. Before the British, Indians were living in poorer & pathetic conditions.

Your use of words itself show who you are and what is your mindset. Once you faced single true Hindu, you would never sing this idiotic song "British". Hinduism is far ahead of your thoughts.
to fool foolish commoners is to keep talking about emotive topics and creating emotive incidents and situations.
North Indian commoners, in general, are surely among the stupidest people in the world. There is no other reason why they continue to suffer from the worst human development conditions imaginable yet are not aware about it.
The BJP has a desperate need to avoid its massive corruption, the abject failure of its economic policies, growing unemployment, the much worse agrarian crisis and its Tughlaq policies being focussed upon and discussed by common voters.
It sees no way other than creating emotive incidents and situations and then manufacturing debates based on religious feelings of the extremely gullible North Indian commoners to keep the attention of those hapless people away from the above mentioned failures !

I am really surprised to learn that the South Indians are emotion less people. Are they humane? What is human being without emotions? BJP should stop dilly-dallying and talk clearly about India for indigenous religions.

Congress is to clear its stand on population policy, common civil code, continuing appeasement to muslims,, reservation, and many reforms to suit today requirement before coming to polls.
