How can you call these stone pelters who obstruct our forces, pelt them with stones often causing serious and sometimes fatal injuries to our soldiers in order to help the terrorists to escape. Such people include boys and girls, men and women with children. Civilians? Do not make me laugh. You are doing the nation a great disservice by terming them as such. These people are nothing but foot-soldiers of the ISI who do the job assigned to them and get paid for it. They are combatants without uniform and must be dealt with as spies under the Vienna Convention.
