The solution lies with the clerics who are interpreting this religion and asking followers that this earth is only for those who accept their religion. The moment they are ready for coexistence, everything will become normal.
further BJP itself is responsible for kashmiri pandits problem...for too long they have been blaming congress for the plight of kashmiri pandits...
they and many indians seem to have forgotten that kashmiri pandits exodus did not happen during congress rule....it happened when VP singh govt was in power and that too with the support of BJP....at that time bjp said or did nothing about it...because for them it was a small issue...they were into ram mandir issue...a much bigger explosive and effective way to come to power...for that they brought ram mandir religion in politics and corrupting it...congress had always avoided bring religion in politics and practiced secularism...but bjp formed out of rss and a completely hindutva based communal party filled with hate and intolerance....
so conveniently bjp ignored kashmiri pandits problem and concentrated on ram mandir issue and did many ugly things for it...and came to power...after coming to power too they did absolutely nothing so far (under modi) ...it was during vp singh era supported by bjp that the issues of kashmiri pandits and mandal commission happened...still bjp blames congress for both issues....

Some die hard Nehru-Gandhi family servants never believe that congress can do any wrong thing. It is like washed Tulsi-Patra. Kashmir unrest starts immediately liberation of Bangladesh from Pakistan. In Islamic revenge ISI determined to secede Kashmir from India. Exodus of Pandits started from that time. Which was severe during second term of Indiraji and then during Rajivji. At time of V.P.singh all pandits were already vacated the valley.
Separatists who forced Pandits to exile pandits, do not want to come in election process against Mehbooba or Omar, as they will loose everywhere. Want power with gun, so long these rascals remain there, Pandits confidence will not be restored.
We only talk of Kashmir Pandits. What about other cast people? Do they continue to stay on in the Valley with out any problem? Were all Hindus in Valley Bhramins only? Will some body clarify
