Looks like Amulya Ganguli wants to display his anger against BJP by questioning Modi's attitude. And by putting in the media, he wants to direct the reader's anger at Modi. Is he a journalist or a Congress supported hate-monger.
Media wants Modi to make a statement on every social crimes or criminal incidents in India - rapes, murder, dacoity cheating, swindling - why Modi is not coming to the rescue of victims asks media. Media wants to show that Modi is heartless.
Aren't there responsible citizens to look into every crime? Isn't Sushma Swaraj responsible and can she not handle the trolls herself.

Rightly said. If the PM keeps responding to all trolls, he will have to keep doing the same whole day with no time for the tasks he is supposed to handle -
there are two issues in this matter: i)passport officers are known to make such queries on other similar issues too which leads to delays or additional visits to the passport office-probably they may have their own valid reasons to do ii)reg trolling, two years back,DMK leader Mr M.K.Stalin too was severely commented on, by his own party men for the simple sin of wishing the Hindus on Ganesh Chathurthy(as many readers know that many TN politicians do not wish Hindus on their festivals but never fail to wish the followers of the other religions on their festival days for the past few decades. Mr Stalin tried to break this trend). As usual, our secular press did not criticise the DMK trolls on that occasion
As usual Rediff is giving the story a communal color. Shushma ji's mistake if at all she has herself done it, was issuance of Passport to a person within on hour of tweet and without police verification. That was interference of the worst order as our country is not a banana republic and such instances set a very bad precedent. To make it worst the officer was summarily transferred without hearing his side of the story. can you do it so openly even if you are the FM of the country. Who will then follow the norms and procedures? What happens when terrorists under cover also try to take advantage of FMs extreme venovelance? She knows it and she also knows how to correct such a slip. So don't try to split a party or government. It is passe. she will do the needful. And we have trusts in her. All of us can once in a while be swayed away by desire to be considerate. But government has to and must go by the book which it may of course keep updating if required. But concerned officers must go by it. Abrupt Political interference even from the highest positions must be avoided.
Sushma ji is Real PM material in BJP ... and modi ji knows that in case of BJP lead collision govt .. sushma ji will become PM.... thats why Modi ji has send his troll Army to hunt Sushma ji down ....
