Can CM act as ruffian ?
by aam admi on Jul 05, 2018 11:55 AM

challenging republic day parade, beating Senior most IAS officer, occupying LG's office forcibly doing dramma , accusing and abusing almost all Delhi leaders, fooling public by speaking lies. Doing nothing for Delhi. Crying hard .
In fact he has no brain to act positively.
His contribution to Delhi since last 3 years is big ZERO.

SC VERDICT A RAP ON THE KNUCKLE FOR PM.MODI
by damodaran mohan on Jul 04, 2018 06:21 PM

The SC has not said anything new than what was already known and something that was accepted on the LG VS CM power tussle. If only the DHC or the SC itself had ruled couple of yrs ago the 2-3 yrs of intransigence in Delhi between center and the elected govt. inconveniencing people of Delhi could have been avoided. Even after this Delhites can only hope the confrontational politics ends and people get the services from the govt. they elected for. It is certainly a rap on the knuckle for PM, Narendra Modi who seem to have insatiable appetite for power to rule states directly through Guv/Lt Guv reducing elected state govts. powerless making a mockery of co-operative federalism he never tires of quoting routinely with little conviction. We can only hope Narendra Modi learns from the SC verdict and for future conducts himself befitting the highest constitution office he holds. Kejriwal on the other hand who has got justice at last though delayed will be sensitive enough to have good working relations with his babus and avoid confrontation with them.LG Anil Baijal? He should quit. He had been a disgrace.

Supreme Court Judgement
by Gladyschellam on Jul 04, 2018 05:01 PM

Supreme Court observed and commented that the Lt Governor cannot be an obstructionist - while speaking frequently that govt is meant for only development. Based on the Supreme Court that the Delhi (UT) was over ruled and not allowed to perform. For Mr Kejriwal: he and his party to claim for the next election as reason for 'his failure', if so.

Similar situation prevails in Pondicherry, whether it is true or not, the CM frequently confronts with the Lt.Governor and issue statements there.

In Tamilnadu also the Governor visits to all districts and convene meetings with district officials - but no confrontation seems to be with the state government. However opposition parties oppose the governor's acts and show black flags. Recently issued a statement -preventing or obstructing his duties is punishable under Law quoting some act No.

As a common man I do not feel anything wrong if good things are done to the society thru the "Power that be". It is habitual when a complaint is written agst any dept/office etc to President of India, the complaint is usually sent or redirected to the State authorities thru the Governor.

It has become usual nowadays if any good thing happened there are more claimants as if it is because of them but when a failure comes put the blame on others.

Even SC Judgement cannot force AK to work! He will still find outs the reason for not working. By nature he is not willing to work for the country.

keeping silent for the requisite, open wide for the irrelevant and blaming the past are not really good in an administration.
