How can any manager or elected representative get work done from his subordinates and deliver services to people if they are not under their administrative control but reporting to somebody else? It is as simple as that.
The way the Lt Gen behaves, should we call him Junk who this that he is above all other Lt. Gens nd Governors. May be he is the darling of Modi-Shah due.

All the time Lt. Governors of Delhi were behaving the same way. You should have an art of having cordial relation with them to get your work instead of habit of confrontation with everyone all the time.

To Mr Shah-Dear friend,AAP is an elected party and its ministers are expected to take decisions on day to day affairs without getting consent of the LG.If for every petty thing one has to get permission from LG sitting in Raj Bhavan,working cannot be smooth and public service cannot be discharged efficiently.If LG wants to become supreme boss-let him give up luxuries of Raj Bhavan and sit permanently in the administrative bloc..
Keep everything aside and just weigh this, if what SC said now is true then why it never interfered when they could clearly see how Najeeb Jung or Anil Baijal was behaving. It proves that SC is just a spectator till the time you approach them.. so what if it is a case of daylight murder of democracy by LG at the behest of centre. This puts SC in bad spot. there is no consistency in the way SC has been acting to upheld democracy and the democratic rights of citizens and elected representative. Probably the worst phase in the history of this institution.
AAP has come into the power only on the slogan of Anti corruption movement. It clearly shows that the general public is expecting non corruptive Government. Has it become possible to Kejrival ? Never. How can the public believe that Kejrival MLAs all are non corruptive including Kejrival also. Slogans attracts people to vote some party which may be possible may not be possible by the govt. itself. I ask the AAP govt. to get the book " H TEC " in democracy, i.e purely against the corruption and how to controll the corruptive officials and corruptive politicians also. The book has been published by the Notion Press Chennai and available with Amazon etc. Move to the Central govt.to consider the matter seriously and put before the parliament to pass the bill accordingly specially as suggested in Page No. 47 of the book. I see , how the corruptive escape from the teeth of Judicial. Make it awareness about the corruption in govt. machinery.
Delhi deserves to be fully a state ,like any other state , or else, Delhi people suffer, as no development activity can be expected to take place, as there is clash between LG and the State Administration. If Delhi becomes a full state, we can well imagine the anarchy with AAP type people. It will never become a full state.
Decision is as per rule, let us see how Kejriwal now behaves with LG, if he has ego problem of superiority, again problem will arise. In war, no discipline is maintained by any side. Kejri is to know to work together.
