They are are the custodian of of rule/regulation/law of the land and they themselves do not follow the same. On account of violation of code of conducts by these SC judges calls for immediate suspension. Only legal action against them can resolve the issue.

CJI is the chief of Indian Judiciary and administrative head of Supreme court and has sole power to allocate court work to the benches . He should not come under pressure from this so called four senior judges who called press conference.

All Supreme Court Judges are very Senior Judges. As such, discriminating these Judges by making few as Junior over the other is not fair! The issue has been primarily precipitated by Justice Chelameswar who had the aspiration of becoming CJI but missed it due to his other ambition of becoming Chief of High Courts for which he had left the SC and lost his seniority.

Common man feels it is a game of congress and communists who were dominating these judges from decades, though on paper they are independent, but practically they come from bias background as created by prior to 2014 politicians at Center.

Communists has absolutely no scope to come to power at the center on their own as they and their ideology is being rejected all over the country for years. hat is the reason they are trying to influence members of judiciary and encourage them to revolt against the system.
