Sooner or later other parties will have to remove their persons who hold office of profit....otherwise at some future date AAP too will have to be allowed to keep their MLAs who hold office of profit...
This is not first case BJP & congress also hold the office for profit in government did not face disqualification but only AAP MLA faced disqualification how same law not punished BJP & Congress MLA but only punish AAP MLA. Law should work same for everyone.

Jagdeep, read the law. It is not unconstitutional. Kejriwal was knowing this. However , as usual he was over confident or may be he wanted to get some political mileage out of this disqualification.

Delhi does not have a full state status yet. All others have full state status. When Delhi becomes full state then it will allowed.
