It is indeed a history of defeats without interruption !
And those defeats brought widespread raxpe and loot of the native populations without exception !
Which is why about 17 % of the Indian population, as revealed in the latest genomic studies, have central Asian raxcial features (very fair skin, thin lips, prominent but narrow noses, etc). And they are resident primarily in the north western states (Kashmir, H.P, Haryana, Punjab, etc) because these regions lay directly in the path of innumerable invasions !

Can Dalits be Raised to UpperCastes Standards in 25 yrs?
Birth-based caste system, according to which people who carry bad Karma accumulated due to sins in their previous Janma are born into lower castes, is fundamental to HHinduism, though some try to deny that.
I agree that HHinduism is one of the most secular religions in the world, but it needs a methodical attempt to change the 4000-year old birth-based caste system.
First an authoritarian rule should be imposed and then:
1. Impose strict family planning: 2-child policy among Dalits.
2. Open English-medium schools in all Dalit colonies. Just to teach English from Class 1 to Class 5 does not cost much or need big infra. This can be easily achieved by reducing the salaries of our useless GovtEmployees by 5% (or just by not revising their salaries for 30 yrs). 3. Order all Dalit gov employees to take monthly English tests and to score min, failing which they lose increments. 4. Make it mandatory for all Dalits taking min number of English tests and scoring min, before they can use their reservation certificates. 5. Teach mainly English and maths from Class 1 to 5 (teach the same content in Mother tongue). Teach history, science, etc only after 8th class. 6. Make NCC compulsory (with English commands) and train them well in western manners, parallel with Indian manners (of course, keep them away from bad habits of the West).
7. Instill achievement-oriented thinking & attitude among Dalits so become self-driven.
Its due to reservation and draconian atrocity act that ppl keep them at a distance. Otherwise the society would be mixed by now. The problem is that you cannot argue with them otherwise they threatens with dalit atrocity act even for argument such as why the sky appears blue. Forget how many physics law you argue they will not listen and ultimately warn you of dalit atrocity act.
Dalit is tag to take advantage of the system. You do vandalism, arson, destruction and when the law tries to find you, you take cover under 'Dalit' tag. Oppressed ? Don't give us sh^t.
Dalit is a tag used for free loading in this country. Reservation at every step in your life.
School, college, Hostel bills, College fees, Scholorships, Jobs, Promotions, Elections everywhere, use Dalit tag and go on free loading spree.
At some point , one should ask , am I a parasite of the society ?
