Our first priority is use Aadhar linkage to plug holes in PDS, black money. Re: Re: Benefits by mvshetty shetty on Jan 17, 2018 04:32 PM Introduction of Adhar was mandetory by this govt. after Dr. Nelekeni who was appointed by UPA to have a unufued Identity card, met Namo and explained to him the benifits of Adhar Card. The congress and its chachas wanted to legitamise Refugees by making the rule simple, so that anybody can have a card and vote for congress. This refugee party, Congress has underestimated the local people. The same thing can be told about GST as introduced by UPA. They wanted it to help the C & C ( Corrupt & Congress). Aadhar is a threat to National security.Hope the Apex Court evaluates in the right perspective and hope they will strike down the UIDAI Act. If money bills passed are unconstitutional and invade privacy, should they not strike it down ? Otherwise can it be said that all Acts passed as money bills are above judicial scrutiny ? All anti-nationals who want our data in foreign hands are supporting Aadhar. India is not self reliant in hardware, software or data protection fronts. In such circumstances full digitisation and Aadhar are dangerous to India's freedom and integrity. With Aadhar linking, face recognition and drones, anyone who criticizes the ruler will be in danger. Re: Benefits by NG Nileshwar on Jan 18, 2018 08:56 AM Whereas benefits are important, the Govt. should also consider the draw-backs. Firstly, Can the Govt. ensure risk-free internet transactions. Capital NO. Alternatively, can it take the responsibility of frauds, at least when there is an FIR filed. NO. Who is at risk? It is the citizen. Will the internet transactions be insured? This is the moot point which needs to be resolved. Then, will the Govt. bear the premium, so that at least considering the efficacy of the Cyber Crime Branch of the Police, every transaction is not under doubt. No bank accepts such responsibility.
