THESE 4 JUDGES.......
by Sahoo Dhruba on Apr 23, 2018 12:00 PM

In my opinion, impeachment should be taken against these four judges. They have tarnish the images of Supreme Court. They have told directly told to the public by press conference that some benches are less qualified some are high qualified. They make learn the public to make agitation against the decision of Supreme Court.

If the allotment is computerised, then how come every time a case of national security or related to the government comes, it goes to court No.7,10 etc.?

Confusion propounded
by pradeep dennison on Jan 19, 2018 09:54 AM

By publishing this article the confusion is propounded. The common man is actually more pleased and comforted to know that there are judges with integrity who do not bow down to the political masters. Its a known fact this government has been interfering in all the autonomous bodies and institutions and run their diktat. For once someone has stood up and said enough is enough. Once allotted cases were transferred by the chief justice. No wonder CJI will be awarded by becoming Governor of some state when he retires. This is from past appointments.Wait and see.

What did the judges achieve
by NG Nileshwar on Jan 19, 2018 08:39 AM  | Hide replies

In Ramayana, Sita had to under-go Agni-pariksha to achieve status. Gupta and D. Raja were the priests performing this act.
This team of six players has badly shaken the confidence reposed by the citizen in the Indian Judicial system without doubt.
4 justices of the SC, one of them being a candidate as a Chief Justice, went public with their grievance.
Why should judges be appointed at all? Why not give this authority to public at large to decide what is right and what is wrong?
Let Karni Sena decide what should be seen by me and not the SC.
After all we are a strong and vibrant DEMOCRACY.
Similarly, let the 4 judge bench with the able support of Gupta and Raja decide the fate of India or Bharat.

They thought they could make a riot
by auryas on Jan 19, 2018 08:17 AM  | Hide replies

The judges thought they could cake a riot, be heroes and get away with it.

It seems even lay people understand the scheme.

At the end , it is a fizzled out attempt to manufacture movie.

LOSS OF RESPECT, FAITH
by chandrashekar nayak on Jan 17, 2018 03:51 PM  | Hide replies

Indian general Public lost the respect for and faith in India's highest court after that dirty drama in front of T V camera. 6 People can'r resolve their personal differences between themselves. Can they resolve so many burning issues pending before the court without being looked upon with suspicion? I don't think so. 4 Judges fell into the trap laid by political adversaries of Modi but ended up damaging their own reputation and also the reputation of the Institution.

what four judges lost in press conference
by harish anand on Jan 17, 2018 09:39 AM  | Hide replies

1. If four judges wanted that one judge even cheif justice should not be allowed to take all decisions, they should ask for a panel to decide , but by turn one of them may be becoming next chief justice, they donot want this power to go from them in future but they donot want existing CJ to use them. It shows their true colour

1. They have behaved like professor in university departments as one of them become HOD and remaining always sulking saying they do not care. These judges thought they if they are in danger , democracy is in danger
3. All are appointed during congress regime , one of them is son of ex chief minister of assam from congress party
4. One of them is catholic who refused to work on sunday as he has to go to church-fair enough

5. These people have shown that today no system can boast of 100% virgin stuff , everywhere self interest prevail/superseed

6. thanks to these judges for confirming this

Harish Anand, excellent observation. But the main role in the revolt was played by Justice chelameshwar who it is learnt once tried to took charge of allocation f cases but failed as only Chief justice has the power to allocate work. He and CJI Mishra joined SCI on the same day but Mishra became CJI while Chelameshwar has no scope to become CJI till the time he retire. Therr out of four judges get retired by december, 2018.Justice Gogoi will get chance to become CJI after CJI Mishra retire on 2nd October, 2018 and will be CJI if appointed for one year and whoever this four senior judges had referred as Junior judges will become senior judges. I am fully agree that the court has to work as per the working days be it on Good friday or any other day. If the said judge follow his religion, he may apply for leave of absence.

Sir they say Ignorance is Bliss. You are the epitome of it. When people stand up and not allowed to be cowed down we have to salute and not suspect their intent. The RSS government got a big jolt so using its propagandists its spreading false details. Please dont fall into the trap
