Four Junior Judges took on Four junior judges
by P S SHAH on Jan 16, 2018 09:41 AM

I salute the courage of four junior judges whose barrage of angry words against four senior judges took them by surprise during tea meeting yesterday. They took on famous four for bringing disrepute to the institution and providing hawkish politicians to handle to scheme and plot in Judiciary;s affairs. They told them that by going to the press you wanted to tell the world that only senior judges are competent to handle the cases and junior judges are not. They told this four judges that they have killed the institution, its reputation andmaligned every single judges of the Apex court. This so called four senior Judges had absolutely no answers

Chief Justice Dipak Misra,
by piri on Jan 15, 2018 11:55 PM  | Hide replies

besides having a background of being corrupt (he lied in an affidavit when he was a practising lawyer that he had no sources of income other than farming and wrongly secured an allotment of free agricultural land from the govt of Orissa, only to lose it 6 years later when he was found out), is also very clearly a stooge of the BJP.

The nature of several recent judgements of the SC in politically sensitive cases such as the Aadhar PIL and the medical college scam, in which he appointed the benches constituting only junior judges and none of the senior ones who are members of the Collegium, reveals this fact.

And having committed himself to slanting politically sensitive judgements in favour of the BJP and in all probability having received massive pecuniary reward for the same, just how can he agree to bring in transparency and impartiality in the SC ?

all that puts a bankrupt opposition to a tight spot is commonly misquoted as "politically sensitive"....

And of course, it is rather easy to put opponents in a tight spot if there is err..... some out of the way help from adjudicators, right ?

Actually very easy !

Which is perhaps why Dipak Misra has been allocating cases such as the Aadhar validity PIL, Loya murder case, etc (which cause acute anxiety in the BJP) to benches comprising entirely of junior judges hand picked by him and did not post even one of the 4 Collegium judges in either panel (which is an unprecedented act in the history of the court) !

Which is why he avoided the 4 senior judges in the panel for hearing the medical college scam case, in which the CJI himself is implicated by the middleman caught !

and typical congressi attempts at dividing the judiciary duly lambasted by top jurists of the Nation already today...keep track of the neutral views...not politically leaning ! All...I repeat, the emphasis of top jurists...ALL judges of the SC are competent....the four scoundrels got duly exposed of their political motives in more ways than they could imagine....and that is evident how swiftly the reconciliation came and the matter of the so-called "judicial crisis" was brushed under the carpet ! No point defending the blunders congressis are hatching every day....ensuring a nail every day to their coffin ! the saffron brigade is proving too smart exposing all their desperate tactics every time ! ! !

The Four Judges Complained To The People's Court......
by rishi on Jan 15, 2018 11:52 PM

.....let them come out again to explain what has changed in 48hrs....THE NATION HAS THE RIGHT TO KNOW.....else it was a joke played on the people of the Nation by four whimsical scoundrels driven by dirty politics while the taxpayers continue to pay for their high salaries and luxurious perks ! That the whole episode before, during and after the media address was centred around anti-NDA rhetorics, makes it further accountable as NDA was the people's answer to an earlier crooked regime whose cancerous remains are visible in such scoundrels everywhere in our institutions!

resign
by Sachin on Jan 15, 2018 11:43 PM

...
SC judges speaking to media is a constitutional crime.

If they cant prove CJI did something constitutionally illegal, then they have to resign for the media outburst.

Clearly these 4 judges are cong and left agents, nothing more.

what about corrupt judges
by swaminathankt kt on Jan 15, 2018 10:19 PM

THE BCI has settled the issue as they say and is welcome.

But what is expected of BCI and LAW DEPARTMENTS OF both states and central is " HOW TO AOID CORRUPTION" in judiciary.

common man never gets justice anywhere in INDIA and mostly the judgements are influenced and biased ,only the level of influence varies between courts.

It will be much helpful to indian public if at the lower level the judges use their discretionary powers and help the rich and the influenced and the common man is forced to go to higher courts with expenditure and unnecessarily delay.

The BCI must suggest measures fore remedy.

Public allegation but private negotiation
by nasiruddin ahmed on Jan 15, 2018 09:17 PM  | Hide replies

Why negotiation in private meeting where allegation in public meeting? Something messy, may be Judge but first human. As human all are greedy, bias, look for self respect and power and facilities for self and family. Is the democracy in India safe now? Making public fool and hiding facts under carpet.
