Chief Justice Dipak Misra
by piri on Jan 14, 2018 12:33 PM  | Hide replies

is miffed sore that the 4 judges let the cat out of the bag on him so unexpectedly !

He had obviously banked heavily on the fact that such an incident had never happened before in the history of the court ! The man was apparently very certain that he could just continue violating the laid down MOP and allocate cases to judges and benches of his choice without having to bother about the MOP !

He is so dumbstruck that he has been avoiding the press and has not even had a statement to make in his defence !

And behind him, komaaaaaali Modi and gas Shah are left even more dumbstruck and shell shocked !

The komaaaaaali party has an immense deal to gain among stuxpid north Indian voters if it gets made to order judgements in the Justice Loya case, the Aadhar case, the Ayodhya case, etc,. And the komaaaali and Gas Shah had found that they have got the *right* man in place in the chair of the chief justice of the top court to get such judgements !

The komaaaaali and Gas have always been sure about the depth of stuxpidity of common north Indian voters. But......they now perhaps fear that even such stuxpid voters might begin to wonder how monstrously corrupt the country, its polity and its government have become!

Do wash your mouth at least on occasion !

And what is the point in you roaming around the supreme court or any court if you are too much of a peabrain to understand even as simple a procedure as the MOP that binds the Collegium ?

Go back to your shxt hole, peabrain. Dont keep roaming around courts and spread your stink everywhere !

Justice Joseph is right
by Inzy Bhai on Jan 14, 2018 12:32 PM  | Hide replies

The press conference was to bring to the notice of the nation & highlight the perilous state of affairs in the Supreme Court due to the actions of a whimsical & dangerous CJI. The dissenting Judges did not want any interference as that would muddy the waters further. Their intention was to make the CJI come to the discussion table to sort out burning issues which have plagued the judiciary since this moron has taken over. There is also a dangerous case of bribery which the CJI himself is involved in hence he is trying to avoid getting implicated & passing it on to junior judges. The top 4 judges have sounded the bugle & Justice Misra cannot do as he pleases. He is being a stooge of the Govt & trying to implement Modi's dangerous gamble of converting India into a Hindu Rashtra which should be prevented by all means & force.

Inzy, Have you gone through the profile of Judges of Supreme Court ? What do you mean by Junior Judges ? As far as allocation of work is givenallare equal. Have you ever heard name of Uday Lalit or Rohington Nariman or others ? They are equally knowledgeable and can can deliver better verdicts with their experience and wisdom. Why this four judges who are Judges for more than five years only found faults with CJI now only ? This judges who enjoy their vacations and deliver judgements after great delay , but they expect redressal to their complaints within 20 days ? Why this double standard ? What they have disclosed in their press conference called and arranged at the last minutes ? There were no specific allegations . It was only their effort to get some undue lime light and to show the country they only care for the democracy and for the Institution.

He is not being whimsical.

He is only delivering his part of the deal with the Modi Shah combine, which is to give all politically sensitive cases to pliant judges in violation of the MOP to deliver judgements slanted in favour of the BJP !

Not an issue that requires mediation from outside??!!
by nagarnaru omgayatri on Jan 14, 2018 12:24 PM  | Hide replies

I am baffled by the learned Justice's remarks.
-
If he really feels that this issue does not required mediation from outside but an 'internal issue' of the Institution, why did the 4 Learned Judges conduct the most baloney Press Conference.
-
By indulging in 'insubordination', these Judges have tarnished the image of the Judiciary & their continuance in Office is untenable.
