Justice Loya death & his son's reaction
by vineet sharda on Jan 15, 2018 06:45 PM

Please see the facial movements of Late Justice Loya's son. He seems so frightened. He can barely speak. He cannot look into the camera at all. What does it say ?

Press Conference was arranged one; just to make sure that Amit Loya says that "please don't disturb us."

Your guess is as good as mine.

Who organised press Conference ? Obviously to get clean chit from Amit Loya....

And so Congress and pappu are making non existent issues and torturing Justice Loya's family. They have human values since Nehru's time Congress ruled with no heart for India and Indians.

Clear decision to be implemented in govt service if anyone suffering with chronic disease viz. diabetes, hyper tension or similar type must be retired quickly so that no one can question in future on anyone about the natural death or being killed. At least 25% ailing people must retire so as to youths also get chance and govt is saved from unwanted inquiries, litigation etc.,

Morethan anybody else scmgress and Pappu seem to be more interested in this case.Even morethan the family itself. Let Mr.Pppau bother about so many unsolved case- Like Lal Bahadur's sudden death; Sangjay Gandhis air crash, Madhavrao scindia air crash, Rajiiv Gandhi case, Mysterious detahs of Vadra close relatives etec. The public has many serious doubts about them. Mr.Pappu- Please invetsigate?

Strange coincidence
by Thing on Jan 15, 2018 08:37 AM  | Hide replies

It is just strange that of all the judges a judge who had no ailments but was associated with Amit Shah case dies suddenly of heart attack. Some kind of invisible hand seems to be protecting Modi-Shah duo from all troubles.

Appears to be under pressure.
by Ahi Sen on Jan 15, 2018 08:35 AM  | Hide replies

The nation must know the circumstances that might have caused death of a justice who was handling a highly sensitive case involving socio- political impact disturbing democratic fabric of the country. here personal emotion of a family member does not matter. As suggested by 4 senior judges of SC, the case should be entrusted to a senior judge of SC to bring out thr hidden facts.

the 4 judges did not utter a word about Justice Loya's death during the press conference or in their letter to CJI. but the politicians supporting these judges are their paid media are the only one's mixing up the entire situations.
