If the Hon`ble judge was offered 100 crores, chances are his son may have received all or some part of that amount, together with life threat. His about-turn and words about not harassing him can be ignored totally. The crisis has a pattern and nobody can ignore that.

The very fact

that chief justice Dipak Misra chose a single judge bench (a junior judge of the Supreme court) in violation of the Memorandum of Procedure laid down for constituting benches for such a high profile case involving the suspected role of the ruling party president in the death is the biggest incriminating reason now.

In other words, the CJI and the BJP are banking too heavily on their assumption that a majority of the commoners will continue to remain stuxpid !

It is not assumption it is fact. Commoners do not understand the functioning of Indian Judicial system. How come senior advocates fix cases to their liked bench and several times there is media speculation about the type of judgement to come. Let us not fool ourselves. Real reason was one of the four judges was not recommended for CJI post.

Let us start a fresh. Right from the accidental death of private secretary of Lal Bahadur sastri and the driver both died in similar accident when they were going to dispose in front of the commission of enquiry. Influence of the ruling government is a fact and will remain as fact who ever rules India

Boy there are manylike u requesting media to convey ur thoughts
by rajesh venkatraman on Jan 14, 2018 08:50 PM

Boy, there are many like you in all spheres like in Police, lawyers, govt machinery aka officers, IAS etc who all are educated to the core but cannot do anything against the politicians who misuse their power against the common man who comes in their way of life which is always on the wrong side.
Sometimes the media too tries to fan in to create an atmosphere of aggressive debate with the anchors and panelists speaking over each other within 2 mins of the debate but will compete to say that they are the most watched channels with rankings of their channel listed half the screen.
On top of it we have NGOs sponsored by the political parties to raise such issues who are mostly retired women lawyers whose only roles to raise issues saying that unfair treatment meted to them for raising issues

Judge Loya's death
by uday shankar on Jan 14, 2018 08:44 PM

Can media and rediff be open on the issue. What is rediff trying to convey? Whether BJP is behind this death? or whether Congress trying to create a mountain out of a ant hill? Please ensure you come out clear on this news. Rediff should be accountable on such news. Who is behind this news?

how can we be so sure that justice loya's parents do not fear that their grandson could be under new threat? justice loya, it is believed, was under pressure. let the truth come out, if it was natural, let the commission say that, why should we grab the clean chit given by a 21 year old son, just because he is the son?? for god's sake, justice loya was a public servant dealing with a very sensitive and a high profile case involving the top man of ruling party, this country deserves to know.

why not this case should inspect thoroughly when it is suspicious and high profile issue. let the truth come if high profile is not involved if congress is involved truth should come our instead of every one is blaming congress. Yes each and every matter is coming only for winning election. Today Justice Loya tomorrow some one what out agencies is doing. this is right in democracy truth must come out if any one be either congress or BJP or any other political parties. only some supporters of particular parties are murmurming why they are not struck up for truth. Please wake up indian peoiple every one should know the truth. yesterday 4 judges come out for against CJI's working. Why? It is the image of India when top judiciary is openly come out then we have to know the truth instead of favouring any party. I am an Indian i want to know the truth but died man never come out but for future generation truth should be come out. after 70 years PIL filed for re investigation of Gandhi' assassination but SC rejected likeways many maters will out after 10-15 years hence it is better and avoid to spent public money in such matter today we want to know the truth.some people will not like it but it is my view may not agree moderator.

Kid Threatened
by Inzy Bhai on Jan 14, 2018 08:35 PM  | Hide replies

This kid would have received a threat from that political goon that the family would be exterminated if they even so much as whisper about Judge Loya to the media. The Govt must conduct a thorough investigation to ensure that Loya's death was by natural causes & not because of any other reasons. The Court must appoint a judicial probe to remove even an iota of suspicion otherwise Loya's death will be subject to rumors.

Hmm.... means that the other judges than the super 4 are compromised. As a rule... if a judge has a interest in a case, he must recuse hearing it. Now what is the hidden interest of the super 4 to hear THAT particular case ?
