judges shall be free from political influence.cases shall be allotted in a system to be developed, which shall not overload any individual judge.chief justice shall not have any say in allotment. it shall be done by a system, one by one i a queue.use queue theory.

Chief Justice is given right to organise the bench setting , other judges to carry forward the instructions.
All 31 judges are equal among equals . Therefore the stand of 4 judges is wrong , and coming in public is not graceful.

System to be developed ?

System is already developed !

And it is called the Memorandum of Procedure. This procedure mandates the composition of the bench as well as the bench strength for each case before the supreme court.

The chief justice violated it repeatedly to allocate crucial and sensitive cases (like Aadhar, the medical college scam and the Justice Loya murder case) to very junior judges of his choice to get judgements slanted in favour of the BJP !

He ignored repeated pleas of the senior judges to stand by the MOP.

Abe Ever stinking komaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaali, the CJI has an absolute power to allocate cases to the various benches of the Apex court. However if you have guts and courage, instead of writing non stop nonsense, send with your real name and address letter to CJI stating all your allegations against him and wait for his reactions. The Buffoon like you can write only nonsense hiding behind fake identity. If have guts write a letter directly to CJI.

That too after meeting / briefing their political bosses. All these days, they showered judgements from their ivory towers, at a pace of 20 years. Let them take a decision also now that they will work 24x7x52 with few exceptions, and deliver decisions without delay, in the light of wage revisions that are paid to the employees, not employers.

Komaaaaali party (BJP) men
by piri on Jan 13, 2018 11:09 PM  | Hide replies

were getting more and more excited !

And komaaaaali Modi and gas Shah were working themselves into a frenzy of excitement !

The PILs challenging the faulty and poorly designed Aadhar linking with personal accounts were assigned by the CJI to an amenable judge of the govts choice, in violation of the Memorandum of Procedure for deciding the bench and bench strength for trying such cases !

The Justice Loya murder case was assigned by the CJI to a similarly amenable junior judge in violation of the Memorandum of Procedure for deciding the bench and bench strength for cases of such import !

For the komaaaali govt, several other equally frightful cases were coming up !

The CJI, going by what he has been doing for the past 2 years, could certainly have been trusted to similarly *handle* each of these cases !

But now........ all that excitement has been rudely interrupted by these 4 dirty judges !!

They have driven that tiny element of doubt into the komaaaaalis mind !!

Will the stuxpid north Indian voters, who could be normally trusted for being stuxpid enough to buy the lies, exaggerations and diversionary ploys of the komaaaali and fall for his shrill grating voice..........begin to sense that there is something seriously amiss ??

There is a bigger and sinister design
by the commies and Kangress party. The Sikh riots of 1984 will opened and the Babri Masjid case will e heard by CJI. So building pressure on these both. Also triple talaq went against their wishes.

Precisely.

But the boot is very likely to be on the other leg !

It is the komaaaaaali party that has an immense deal to gain among stuxpid north Indian voters if it gets made to order judgements in the Justice Loya cade, the Aadhar case, the Ayodhya case, etc, right ?

If not, why had the chief justice blatantly been repeatedly violating the MOP in allocation of cases ?

We don\'t know who is behind this. But it is quiet clear that these all four judges are not fit for the supreme court job. I doubt on their mental toughness and ability. They behave like road side advocate or jhola chaap leader of a party.
maturity level zero. It seems, in our country educated people have lost their vision and IQ. they become only trained people like a trained animal.
There is a huge difference between educated and trained people.
Unfortunately most so called educated people are only trained people like a trained animal, nothing more than that
