The judges who came open are not to be taken as "rebellious" as for long long time indian people knew well that judicial department as a whole is corrupt to larger extent.
The men in power, higher officials, especially the police department higher officials are involved in influencing the JUDGES right from MUNSIF/MAGISTRATE courts to SESSIONS courts and the silent sufferers are the common public. The high courts and the apex court are influenced are not is not known to common man, but the way they could be influenced and how influenced is now known by this press conference of four judges.
The press conference is a great eye opener to the nation. We the people owe respects to these four judges.
If a district SP can influence a MUNSIF/MAGISTRATE, If an IG of police can influence a SESSIONS JUDGE, and a MINISTER can influence a HIGHCOURT/APEX COURT, what a common indian do ??
JUDGES over the years made it customery to be influenced by these powerful men and of course it is hard to believe that happens without personal benefits.
Where the common man will go ??
The corruption in lower courts have become unbearable, as some of the judges go against every norms and shamelessly give judgements making the common man to go to higher courts, for nothing and of course lot of hardships, and adding up to pending cases's list.

Perfectly correct.In our case the builder of the apartment occupied the celler Parking for his Hotel.The association fought the case but the Judge demanded 5 lakhs which could not be paid. The builder paid the judge and got the judgement in his favour.
