The four judges had no business to put internal matter of brother judges in the press briefing ,before people at large.Neither people have not appointed them nor people have any power to negate what is happening in the SC. Best option was to take the matter with The President of India, who is th appointing authority. Differences between and amongst judges is not new, future does not guarantee that there will be no differences but never this should never have been aired in public through a press conference. They have politicised the Supreme Court atmosphere. No political party should interfere and let brother judges sort out matters affecting them.

Veda Vaidya, the crime of Kasab and Afzal Guru was so serious, they could not have escaped the capital punishment. It was Mumbai Police who played an important role and caught Kasab alive.One can not expect A better comment from an idiot like you who is fit only to play a role of dumb extra artist.

The four justices have already created a threat to Justice and SC.The very fact the meeting of some CPI leader to justice raises doubts particularly when justice who was most vocal is due to retirement and it is he whose decisions were re looked into.
