Issue of Judge B H Loya's death serious, says SC

If the 4 wise senior judges say something is rotten in SC then it must be so.

If they say the Chief Justice is misusing his position to give cases to his "preferred judges" (so as to influence the judgements in some way) then I think they must be right.

If this is indeed the case, and I repeat IF, then there must be a reason why the Chief Justice is behaving like this. I think political interference cannot be ruled out.

Again, IF, repeat IF, this is the case then I suspect Ram Janbhoomi judgement too will go the way the ruling political class wants.

In the present scenario in our country everything seems to be "managed". Right from the Judiciary, Press, Police all are being manipulated to serve the powers that be.
THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A DEMOCRACY GIVES A BRUTE MAJORITY TO A SINGLE PARTY.

Majority is not the problem.

Giving majority to the wrong person / party is the problem.

Some people think all's fair in war ... and in making India a Hindu(tva) country. Even subversion of institutions.
