If 7.5L crore is the burden on the CM of the state can he think of creating a seperate state which will need atleast another 10Lcr for the initial setup to make a state with various govt agencies be seperated, reporting mechanisms, registrations, delimitation of boundaries, segregation of natural resources like water, power etc. The new state will need more resources for the first 10 yrs of its creation as there will need to create more govt machinery like courts, police, govt offices headquarters, etc For sure it will generate more employment opportunities for the people in that region and also sort out the govt officials who would need to work cross boundaries ie people of the newly created state may be working as officer in the older state and nativity issues like in AP/Telengana should not arise.
