No positive thinking and no guts for decisiveness. Only pondering with no vision.

There is no country in this world who will grow any crop, which is not productive. Pakistan found some benefit in keeping and growing terrorist in past. They expect same benefit in future. There is law of red hot stove in management, which says if you touch red hot stove any number of time then you will be burn every time. Ultimately, you will stop touching stove in future. If world create a policy that they will dealt all terrorism grower harshly then they will learn not to use terrorism as a tool in future. But, problem arise when you keep changing your instance from time to time and from one country to other country as per self serving short time goal.

US-Pakistan-India

Have high hopes. Politically, US is a very arrogant and selfish country. They think only of their own interests. Knowing well that Pakistan is exporting terrorism to India, US gave it funds and arms that were used against India. US wants Pakistan to act against Haqqani network. Saeed is not their focus. Unfortunately with both US and China on Pakistan\'s side, India has to fight a costly, bloody and lone battle against extremists, Pakistan army and internal loudmouths like Mani Shankar Aiyar and Digvijay Singh. Sad!
