Indian parliament is like a indian film. During the shooting the actors are serious with vilians and vice versa. After the film is over they are all friends. It looks like parliament is functioning the same way
Most of these are there for the Party,Nation comes later.If this is the stance ,then expecting anything worthwhile is a great stupidity on part of we the citizens who elected these guys.Let us ask Our Election Commisssion to set some rules like the MP or MLA cannot be elected for more than tow terms and Pension is payable only if any MP or MLA serves full tenure and attends atleast 80% sessions ,attendance twice a day by biometric system and in and out to be recorded .If this is done many MPs and MLAs would disqualify as such .How soon ,we can get the attendance recorded by BIOMETRIC system as ids applicable to all Government employees.Hope PMO take s note of this and publishes record on the net for each session.Let us see this happen fast for sake of Transparency which is talked aboput so much ,let us see some action as well.
