Dear, Francis ...you are right probably ..however we must know that our IPC is very weak and it has huge loop holes where by the lapses in judiciary is completely exploited by IAS & IPS & IFS people who enjoy the fruits being in TOP of the govt. of any party...and if you study the constitution ..mostly we fail to realize this part however...as time progress ( post Freedom ) we are learning these loop holes ...so i am afraid that despite the HUGE siphoning of money specially in 2G scam..the real culprits are enjoying the freedom ...as i see ..that now to even consider some modification in constitution is simply impossible to any govt. ( read MODI) and INDIA destiny to have best life & most effective democracy with prosperity to all is very ...very ... long route...it will take ages...and generations...but it is not humanly possible ... so moral of the story is either enjoy what you do OR do all what you can do with out getting caught...

Get ready to face many hate spreading agitations from dalits, muslims etc., backed by congress and its allies in coming time to defame BJP. Bring urgently reform that in reserved class, all positions will be filled only from BPL class in the reserved class so that all upper income group who are forming these groups in reserved class are barred. They are struggling to make their position safe not for their own brothers. None of them has given their right for poor and needy even in their own caste.
