If politicians are so highly concerned with them, they must pass Bill to have first right of BPL, then LIG and later on to others in reserved class itself so that maximum poor, needy and deprived are benefited in SC,ST and backward class. Let us see the guts of these politicians who are flourishing at tax payers cost and creating daily hindrance in civil life.

Birth-based caste system, according to which people who carry bad Karma accumulated due to sins in their previous Janma are born into lower castes, is fundamental to HHinduism, though some try to deny that.
I agree that HHinduism is more secular than any other religion in the world, but it needs a more methodical attempt to change the 4000-year old birth-based caste system.
First an authoritarian rule or dictatorship should be imposed and then carry out the following.
1. Impose strict family planning—2-child policy among Dalits.
2. Open English-medium schools in all Dalit colonies. Just to teach English from Class 1 to Class 5 does not cost much or need big infra. This can be easily achieved by reducing the salaries of our useless GovtEmployees by 5%. Or just do not revise the salaries of GovtEmployees for 30 years.
3. From Class 1 to 5 teach mainly English, the same content as a subject in Mother tongue and mathematics. Teach history, science, etc only after 8th class.
4. Make NCC compulsory (with English commands) and train them well in western manners, parallel with Indian manners (of course keep them away from bad habits of the West).
5. Train Dalits to think that they can achieve, win and grow: Change their mindset. Taking min number of English tests and scoring min should be made compulsory for all Dalits, before they can use their reservation certificates.

what all you wrote about fundamentals, can you cite a verse or reference from any book? if no then that means it is miss-conception about religion? You are completely wrong about birth-based system it is no where even mentioned in any book.
Now what is it? it is human tendency to think himself superior to other based on status and status could be because of his education level or earnings or family background and is common throughout world in different forms, which is wrong.
like black-white discrimination. amir-garib discrimination. racial discrimination. class based discrimination.
and no religion teaches the discrimination mentioned above.
western manners? manners are only manners and are you suggesting Black-White and other racial discrimination do not exist in west?

First of all finish quota/reservation of all dalits who pays Income Tax, let only needy and deprived should have it.

Dalits will never become congress president. Itâs reserved for Pandit Rahul Gandhi. Meira Kumar was rejected for president post and Rahul became Brahmin in Gujarat and became president of congress.
as per 2011 census of india only 79.8 % of 120 crore population of India are Hindus, it comes to 95.76 crores, and remaining 20.2 crores are non hindus who don not have caste in their religion i.e 24.2 crores do not have caste, Then how can Government of India promulgate and impose 50% reservation on 120 crores indians, since as per census 22.5 % plus 25% ( 47.5% ) of hindu population are SC, ST, BC's , i.e only 45.48 crore population out of 120 crores are SC, ST and OBCs, so how can be the reservation granted on 120 Crores of Indian Population, with this statistics the reservation should be only 37.9% only but not 50 %.
Please correct any statistics, and even after getting 13% more reservation people want more is a ridiculous.
Such protests and agitation will accelerate upto 2019 to fail Modi govt. by prejudiced political parties. Its very unfortunate that some nonsense post regarding Bhima Koregoan battle history. First Peshwas were not king they were gaddar and servant of Maratha king Sambhaji Maharaj. Peshwas spread untouchability and brutally killed mahar community. So mahar community supported British troops to finish Peshawas and they succeed.So we Hindu must proud of mahar community for vanishing Peshwas who were traitors
