The earlier generation tolerated the bad governance, but a day will come these officers will be kicked for not doing work without bribes. Our country is ruined by these officers who make law and have become a law for themselves, whatlese one can expect. Look at them wearing suit and tie. How can a common man approach? has anybody seen an IAS officer interacting with a commonman?
Attacking physically a govt servent cannot be justified. However, nonpayment of honororium to anganwadi teachers for 3 months cannot be justified. What these officers do when staff is not getting paid. Main reason of these delays is nobody is accoutable for this delay. Those accountable must be held responsible and be punished duly, within the civil services rules.
