Let a war take place today or after some years, the ancient literature has given many voluminous ways of fighting with opponents, who lack such skills. Akbar Patel would not have heard of the time when a fighter jet moves based on wind velocity, direction, etc. To tell Patel & Co that the Indian Meterological Department plays a key role . One would wonder what the Meterology Department got to do with war, but the fact is they who give advance notice of the impending air movement, etc. To educate an unwilling learner is a worthless exercise.
