Why so many years are wasted and who is responsible for all such delays or a strategy to malign for 2019 election. More interested to know action initiated on erring people for such delay.

When I visited Delhi in the beginning of the 2000s, I was staying in the FRIEND' colony, which is an elite suburb. In the evening I needed to go to the market and I walked on the foot-path of Mathura road. It was shocking to see open man-holes and when I checked it the next morning, I found them to be very deep. I wonder how many people had succumbed to it.And this too under a CM who claims to transformed Delhi! If politicians have their nose up in the air and never look down to see the ground reality, the condition of the citizens will continue to be poor.
