Disclosing of Income to IT department not enough, it must be published in public domain so that each and every citizen must know their source of income through out their tenure.

More easily said and done. Our lawmakers are a law unto themselves. They will feather their own nests with laws that benefit them. If what you say comes true I will shave half my head and take sanyaas.
it has become a trend in telangana and AP where defected candidates submit their resignations to speaker and speaker do not accept and candidates become even ministers , even though there is anti defection law it is in effective govt and EC should amen
