The possible blast of the vessel is due to lack of knowledge and supervision. All vessels if they were contained with explosive liquids like petrol, Diesel or chemical, their lids should be kept open before they take up repair especially with welding. If all the lids are closed, the vapour inside the container expands and then explodes. This explosion may be due to negligence.
