You DON'T KNOW ANY HISTORY. USSR was split into many countries without war. Don't talk like Pappu (Raul Vinci). We can achieve and will achieve another parition of Pakistan without explicit WAR

Why declare a war. WAR is already ON. Don't you see whats happening on LOC, in Balochistan, Sindh etc.

I support your opinion but India is not politically and economically ready to absorb the cost of war...
In my opinion, what the pakistan has been doing is the brain washing the people of kashmir. This is the most dangerous situation. now we have the an enemy within our country. This has to be tackled very carefully. Using sham, daam dand bhed is rightly said...but implementation is to taken very intelligently. Also the state government is to be blamed as mahbuba is trying to make a political ground for itself and the situation she wants to make is win win situation at either side..this makes modi goven in a fix and army is being sandwiched. Its a hard decision but at some point of time we have to change the mind set of people of kashmir. We cannot leave them so reverse dose of brain washing has to be done...this is possible only if we act tactfully..prison should be used as brain washing rather than punishment...good treatment is required and education at all levels should be controlled by the centre government rather than state government. Also immediate action and monitoring...rightly said we have to act like kautilya if kashmir is to be saved...

Mr. Bharat Kumar, kautilya used war to dethrone nandas and to make chandragupta king, he did not use 'good treatment' to change opinion of armed supporters of Nandas!!!

The more appropriate question to ask is how we should NOT deal with Pak ? Answer: by keep talking and mollycoddling Pak who have no stake in K once we assert J&K is integral part of India but still tolerate their interference in the valley in the form of terror. Yes, all the continuing terror trouble from Pak for over two decades is mainly because we are too obsessed with Pak always occupied to find solution to resolve K with Pak. The last three PMs-- Vajpayee, MMS and Modi are the three biggest culprits for the present trouble and miseries of our country in relation to Pak. Modi in fact is the biggest culprit of the three who only talks big but is all the time keeps mollycoddling Pak behind people's back expecting to make peace and perhaps win a Nobel peace prize for himself! If one Indian PM is to be named who has been taken for a ride most by Pak than that name has to be Narendra Modi. So it is Modi vs Pak when it comes to peace talks. But when it comes to deaths of jawans, it is India vs Pak infiltrators/Terrorists and again to be used to Modi’s advantage for raising passion /jingoist nationalism to be propagated by the two english CHs. Funny, Raksha Mantri say 'Pak will pay but we will keep giving proof to Pak as a continuous process' !Strange, does it make any sense implying by itself that we are ready to talk. And she conveniently makes the CM , Mehbooba seek talks with Pak reserving all empty threats for herself!

If all three Vajpayee, MMS and Modi are biggest culprits, then people of India are in general big culprits because they will not vote for any stronger nationalist politician!!!
what is meant by how to deal with pakistan?? modi first did notebandi and followed it up with other countries of the world...pakistan is a cornered nation not getting aid even from trump....thats why pakistan is whimpering and for the last 3 years has not been able to do anything...with peace at loc and jammu kashmir...the pakistan problem is permanently solved..
