Remove article 340. Allow the Pandits to return to the valley and also return their properties. Rehabilitate them and create employment for them. Allow people from other state buy property and start business. Why India should be afraid of separatists? It is our state and every citizen of India has right to stay anywhere in India, work anywhere in India, conduct business anywhere in India and buy property anywhere in India. Remove article 340 and see the magic within a year Kashmir will once again prosper.

Let the govt use the MNREGA scheme to protect our army camps and assets by building good high compound wall with pits of 10feet width filled with thorn shrubs or iron wire fencing so in all 20 feet. Also have people to man them thru CCTV cameras. Make 100 mtrs a no freezone cut off for the PUBLIC near the army area. If the army wants porters to unload any items the buildings which should be near the boundary wall with proper markings for them to move around in the area like rations, building materials etc after a certain are only army personnel should take care of internal movement within their campus. Have proper entry exit seperated for families and army personnel for official duty and both segregated by compound walls so each dont get affected when terror attack takes place. Dont allow public to take photos within army campus including the army personnel so that the area or security apparatus is not know to outside world. MNREGA for building compound walls, high fence, segregated area buildings for ration, school, medical PHC, and hospital, playarea etc. Have local vigilant squads to let know of any new person or suspicious movements so that defense people can be aware off and secure all nearby areas. Have high vol sirens so each bloc security be vigilant and automated doors be locked to safeguard the occupants from danger. Each residential blocks to have bunkers for safety
