to slam Congress for misgovernance by PM Modi in Oman was unwarranted and he should avoid making such comments about past governments whenever he visit abroad. He has visited Oman as a prime minister of India and he is not visiting any state in India ruled by congress party. If he consider himself to be a global leader, he should avoid such gimmick.

So said our PM in Oman. I don't think any Head of Government slams a major Party in his country talked the way our Modi did in Oman. It shows his upbringing and culture. Is he making trips at country's cost to slam the main Opposition Party? Let us see his record of 5 years. There are already several scams to his credit.
