This NITI Aayog report wrong.PM told Somalia better than Kerala. So Somalia better than indian other state if health index of Kerala higher then other state.

Modi is a different animal while in an election campaign. But, very reasonable when he is off campaign. Never shy's away to give credit where it is due.
