Congress doesn't have brains as they are in opposition and want to stall the parliament nd important bills should not be passed, they want to pass time in parliament.It is a serious issue of a defence security deal, pricing, weapons and no other country shld know abt it, can it give answers on bofors deal scam, 1984 riots and carbide incident?

Congress itself is a scamster and fraudster party...... Invloved in number of defence scams like bofors, augusta westland and tatra truck and is calling others scamster. Its president itself Rahul gandhi is out on bail for herald scam is raising voices upon. Congress is just faking it, as elections are approaching hence want some ammunition to score over bjp in election rallies. Its a lost battle for congress.
during UPA regime, most of the congress Ministers enriched themselves by various means , one such means was through the sanctioning of advances of loans to various companies fake and real through Nationalised Banks. Now these banks are all bleeding through their very high NPAs(Non Performing assets), these advances were around 50 lakh crores , which is beyond our imagination. Only fraction of these advances could be recovered , rest are still hanging around Nationalised Banks' neck. once upon a time they were about to be almost bankrupt , if not assisted by Govt.'s good will and hence public trust. But still they are suffering . Besides that dozens of other scams of various magnitude took place with the consent of these ministers. Lot of Govt. money was lost, now these leaders are worried about their sins, and day and night they are suffering from the fear of action against them , so they are making false noises of Corruption against present Govt. All is propaganda and rediff is quite vocal in carrying out Congress propaganda and hence most of the news heading are always offending to BJP or Modi. Dr.D.Verma.

The Congress could be expected never to commit the kind of silly blunders the Modi govt has done in the Rafale scam !
For instance, the Congress might never have steamrolled ahead with what certainly appears to be a triple fold increase in the purchase price of fighter aircraft as the BJP has done !
The Modi govt is perhaps secure under the impression that the ceaseless din Narendra Modi makes with his grating voice from podium after podium would continue to deceive a large section of North Indians !
The BJP govt, in September 2016 a while after Modis visit to France, announced a price of Rs 58000 crores for outright purchase of 36 Rafale aircraft. In Nov 2017, Nirmala Sitharaman announced in response to questions from journalists that her govt has secured a ^better price^ than the UPA did for the Rafale. But when journalists asked her the exact price, the defence minister fumbled and then looked at the defence secretary. The defence secretary too did not reveal the price.
Upon this, the defence minister announced that her ministry would soon give out the exact price. However, though journalists kept calling her ministry repeatedly in the weeks that followed, there was no response.
And now, Nirmala Sitharaman announces in Parliament that the exact price of the Rafale cannot be revealed as there is an IGA between India and France that prevents it !

Pray..........was Nirmala Sitharaman and her defence secretary and the entire Modi govt unaware of the supposed bar by this so called IGA on revealing the Rafale price when they revealed the notional price in September, 2016 ?
Was the Modi govt and the defence minister unaware of this supposed provision in the IGA when Sitharaman promised to convey the price to journalists ??
And...did the defence ministry remain ignorant about the IGA barring the revelation of the price throughout the period after the defence ministers press conference when her ministry refused to respond to the repeated calls of journalists ??
