Yes congress had been threat to internal security at least, always appeased minorities for its vote bank, as such responsible for many riots in the country, similarly divided the whole nation into caste war, could not find any solution. Even could not control the population of such people-who are weak, poor or deprived as well as of muslims so as to bring them at par with others.
All the BJP MInisters are hiding like mice behind an artificial wall they call "national security'. A broad price breakup would not harm anyone and if they can explain why the costs are higher, the Indian public would appreciate that a superior package for Rafale has been negotiated. WHy fight shy of proving that we now have superior armaments on the Rafale ? Jaitley is making a mistake if he thinks that anything he says must be believed, just because he has said it.

Two missiles have been added in the deal compared to the earlier deal.
And the price has gone up nearly 3 times !!
But the much bigger act of corruption by Narendra Modi is that the public sector HAL, which has decades long experience in fighter aircraft maintenance, trained scientists and engineers, proper infrastructure that can be upgraded at marginal costs and above all, has been yielding substantial profits to the govt for years, has been pushed aside from the Rafale deal and the croxny capitalist Anil Ambani has been given its place in the deal !!

It is no wonder that even while north India is the worlds most backward boondock, most north Indians spend all their time chanting hyndu......muxlim......hyndu......muxlim.... !

You can disclose how many planes are being bought and the total cost of it. Nobody is asking you to disclose the design of the plane. You can disclose the cost of supporting systems being bought with the planes, nobody is questioning, exactly what are those systems? What is the cost of transfer of technology, certainly this can be revealed. Also the money trail should be revealed too, so that the country knows how many middle men are involved in the deal so that it will be clear whether we are buying them at par price or on premium. As long as the design is not revealed, it is ok to reveal the price, it is tax payers money and every tax payer as the right to know how his/her money is being spent
