For some the government which sits idle and don't perform is better than that which takes action. As they speak for poor man common man but have their own vested interests as they earn their cheese from the bread and butter of others or at don’t think for the welfare of country, inclusive growth of it. Have you visited the government hospitals, never ending queue of patients, such comments would not have been there. The things which are good and basic requirement should not be condemned if not praised.

Suresh Babu, You have your evidence on hand now? that Modi is corrupt in RAfale deal?For congress intention of getting 126 flights he got only 30. More money in more numbers, the fundamentals of corruption fails. Rahul thinks it is like his father's Bofors deal or his mothers helicopter deal. Modi is like fire and be careful before you utter nonsence..
It is to be understood that 1. The government is not able to run the hospital properly then how can we expect such scheme to be successful? We have seen children dieing in hospital for lack of oxygen. 2. How poor are being treated in govt hospital? How they can get properly treated? 3. The allocation of health card will also draw many corruption at village level 4. Allocation of card and allocation of hospital itself will take long time. Again it seems government is proceeding with insufficient preparation to fall in mesh. Then they want get it started in Oct to have maximum leverage in election. If govt really had intention to help poors, then it could have started in first year of their term.

The scheme will allow people to go to private hospitals. New private hospitals will come up to get part of the 11,000 crore per annum pie.

Guys like you Sunil, are plenty in this country. The only point you have is oppose. If Aakar Patel , a perennial Modi hater , has found something good( i am surprised), it goes to show that the Govt is trying to change the situation. Agreed it is gigantic , with lots of money needed,but that in anyway doesnt stop the govt from trying to bring in a change. There will be lots of ifs & buts, bcoz of the delivery mechanism, but at least learn to appreciate , something different & good is being attempted. Finally it is upon people like you & me to make it working or not. Knowing the Indian psychology, they will always fin ways to circumvent, loot the system. Nobody talks of the ills committed by the citizens as such.

GovtMaadharChodhs (GMCs) not satisfied with 7th Pay Comn, want 20% more
Nowadays a peon or junior asst in gov gets Rs 35K, a gov lecturer gets Rs 1.5 lak, a teacher Rs 50K.
Modi gov claims they are collecting a lot of taxes nowadays thru GST, income tax, etc. I appreciate Modi's initiatives on several fronts, but what all these initiatives and tax collections are for… to pay salaries to GovtMaadharChodhs (GMCs) who are good-for-nothing fellows?
GMCs are laggards who seldom work but work very hard when there is scope for corruption. They spend 80% time eating paan and spitting on walls, talking about SexPoliticsAndNonsense, playing cards for 2 hrs when lunch time is 1 hr.
Govt is collecting taxes from the 97% hardworking people in the pvt sector, to pay exorbitantly high salaries to 3% GMCs.
In pvt companies, only top 3% could be corrupt, but 97% employees have to work hard. In govt companies 99% are corrupt and / or laggard fellows.
GMCs eat up 10% GDP / yr and are burden on economy. Only defense people deserve good salaries, and salaries of all GMCs should be reduced to market-average levels. Govt should stop GMCs’ salary revisions in future and divert the money thus saved for improving primary education, paying family planning incentives, paying poor farmers often driven to commit suicide and spreading English language among poor. PAYING HIGH SALARIES TO GMCs WILL ONLY KILL THE SPIRIT OF PATRIOTISM AMONG COMMON HARDWORKING POPULATION.
It was a grand gesture considering the author is a critic of Modi for his biased views... Mr.Patel, please tell me which country is NOT practicing religious majoritanism...? Infact, the minority appeasement in India has skewed the country's social outlook and damaged the inborn secular breeding in the Hindu majority so much they want the minority to go to countrys of their religion.... even if they dont express it outwardly...
