I once read that powerful Indians are more interested in making foreign trips than in supporting technology development in India. This may be the cause of HAL's problems.
Govt. will have to cut its expenditure not only for defence but also everywhere MANPOWER COST, carry home of everyone is govt. is low, but cost to govt. is very high, as at grass root level perqs. impact of pension and other facilities including leaves is very very high like Maharajas. Govt. must fix a per centage of revenue in each deptt, and save many thousand crores to built equipment everywhere.

the above article give the picture of our def fence forces it is really sad also very serious because our two neighbor. this is not any country man highlight our situation but what to do our PM is always either in election mood or foreign tour and he is depending upon PMO wherein 80% are working with earlier govt. there is not a single penny levied during budge to railways. earlier PM clearly said all progremme is ok but where is the money. if this is the situation why FM announced salary hike to President/VP/Gov and others. Varun Gandhi clearly said and wrote a letter to Speaker about the expenses but PM nature is not hearing any one only what he says is correct. Before PM his intention is only to finish Nehru/Gandhi family and no other work. He may be good in entire world along with India may some countries making fool to him. it is correct 5 years is very less period need more years but critizing congress govt for their ruling is totally wrong. they did good work, keep good relation with international community and simultaneously did corruption also. but whatever they developed we need a such a PM to take all development with him and he has to further development for betterment to Indian public instead only election mood. last week he canvassed in Karnatake congress govt made mess and many formers suside, murder etc in his speech CM given answer about godhra 2000 people killed many more and asked the PM to contest election on dignity and cheap.this is enough to all indians
