What is your issue? If you do not want to read it get out of rediff. You people are the main reason for intolerance in this country. You need to get out first

Uncivilized people should not talk about about civilized talks -:)
the U.P govts cow urine medicine will not get exposed like Baba Ramdevs formulations that have been repeatedly caught with very high levels of heavy metal and inorganic chemical contents (the latest instance as recently as in Jan 2018 when Patanjalis exports to the country of Qatar were banned by the govt of that country) !!

Where are you ?
I have written in detail about what Vinod Paul said !
So, what is your take on what he said ?
I will copy paste here what I wrote in 2 threads if you can give your take on the arithmetic of the govt regarding resources for the *worlds biggest health insurance program* !!

I asked your comment..where is it half way? I asked your comment 100%..what is stopping you from your comments?

Why can't you say what you think about it? or you are claiming you did not read it?

worlds largest and all I do not think..but expecting state to give 40% when centre is givi ng 60% is fair..Insurance is there then what healthcare budget?
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Hopefully,

Ignoramuses like you ought to read extensively before coming for debates !
Insurance is insurance, whether provided by state or by private companies. It is meant to lessen the impact of unexpected health care costs that can often go beyond the basic care provided by public hospitals.
Healthcare budget is to maintain govt health infra (hospitals, doctors, outreach programs, epidemic control, vaccination and immunisation programs, etc).
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Hopefully,
by Super Funny on Feb 05, 2018 07:32 AM
So you mean insurance is not required? That is more important than giving healthcare budget since all those money will be l00ted by govt servants anyway
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Hopefully,

election jhumla of course is when he did nothing for salaried class but for only farmers who can be f00led..so that way I agree
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Hopefully,
by Super Funny on Feb 04, 2018 11:23 PM
So even if he cut 2000 crores, he is giving 6 crores...so 4000 crores he is giving..why is states not giving?
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Hopefully,

MNREGA funding was there in upa but it never reached the people well rather than that stop it as it avoids l00t
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Hopefully,

So your issue is basically how kerala will give 4000 crores? well kerala health is way too high you say so let north indian states take advantage of this :)
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Hopefully,
by Super Funny on Feb 05, 2018 07:35 AM
What I read is this. 60â by centre and 40â by state so if states give 4000 crores then center should be giving more
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Hopefully,
by Super Funny on Feb 05, 2018 07:39 AM
The super funny part of your talk is this- when nothing existed in North india you cried hoarse it is not there and Kerala is godly etc but when someone started bringing it which can be improved in later years you again cry hoarse-:)

I have to remark for the third time !
Ignoramuses like you must read in detail to avoid making fools of themselves !
According to the NSSO and according to the National Health Foundation of India, Kerala spends the highest per capita as well as in public expenditure per capita among all states !!
The share of Keralas public provisioning if it were to adopt komaaaaali Modis *worlds biggest health insurance program* would be only about Rs 35 crores since the number of Keralites who fall in the targeted 10 crore poor families would be roughly just 8.5 lakhs (poverty ratio is just 7 % in Kerala as per the Niti Aayog compared to 21 % for the entire country) !
Kerala has long had a public health insurance that is way superior in coverage compared to what the komaaaali is proposing now !
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Hopefully,
by Super Funny on Feb 05, 2018 07:28 AM
Kerala having does not prove anything. In the central level when was this there? Kerala is too small a state to cover
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Hopefully,
by Super Funny on Feb 05, 2018 08:00 AM
I do remember reading a news on Kerala health care too where the people who are eligible are not getting it. Once I find the source I will put it down here and that ends the story of Kerala-:) by the way I am also keralite and I like CPI but not CPIM which is same as BJP or Congress bull shixt-:)
Re: Re: Re: Re: Hopefully,
by piri on Feb 04, 2018 10:50 PM
I have read it completely.
Now, you wanted my response to the Niti Aayog members explanations. And he elaborated in detail. You are not telling me which is the point you want me to comment on !
If you have read completely and have an idea about the arithmetic behind the proposal (I doubt that you have), why dont you tell me what you find convincing about what the Niti Aayog member said ?
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Hopefully,
by Super Funny on Feb 04, 2018 10:51 PM
If you have read it completely, then it is easy to comment on it..on which point? the whole stuff 60-40 etc?
