The corruption in Judiciary and Police are behind all malice making the entire Indian society corrupt because all know money will purchase everything. But being CJI at least Justice Mishra should have stayed away from SC till his names are not cleared. There is no smoke without fire and if such fellow do not establish example, there is no possibility of recovery. He got good opportunity to show high moral value and could have come back with honour if clean. I hope financially at this juncture of career he has anything to loose but like Gen. V.K.Singh he also will be remembered for his political alignment, not as the CJI sacrificed to save the face of the highest institute of justice against allegation.
